St Petersburg 1

Two days in St Petersburg. I visit the Hermitage, various churches and the fields of Mars. I also see Alexanders collumn and see a Lada.

St Petersburg 2

I go to watch Swan Lake, have a drink in an Irish bar, have adventures on the underground and visit the Peter and Paul fortress. I also see the Bronze Horseman , the Church on Spilled blood and the cafe where Pushkin left to meet his fate.

Moscow 1

Overnight train to Moscow and visit many of the famous underground metro stations. Visit Lubyanka square, Red square !, the Gum building and St Basil's Cathedral. Eat Beef Stroganoff.

Moscow 2

See Gorky park and visit the Museum of Fallen monuments with Statues of Stalin and "Iron Feliks" of the Cheka's. Wander past Cathedral of Christ the Savior and have a tour of the Kremlin. See the enormous Bell and Canon.

Gibraltar

The runway that crosses the main highway, the Rock and Winston Churchill avenue.

Istanbul 1

The Blue Mosque, the underground Basilica Cistern, Archeological museum, with the Kadesh treaty. A boat trip up the Bospherous and an amazing steak.

Istanbul 2

Grand Bazaar, Valens aqueduct and Galata Tower. Topkapi Palace and the amazing Haghia Sophia. Afternoon in the Pera Palace Hotel featured in Murder on the Orient express.

Krakow 1

Lads trip to Krakow. I visit the square, the cloth hall and various other architecture. I see various forms of transport and get lost and end up staying in an unknown hotel overnight.

Krakow 2

More beer, I spend a day in Krakow castle, and wander along the river. I visit the museum, mingle around the square at night, and stay at one of the best hotels in Poland.

Krakow 3

We go on a tour of the Salt mine and visit Auschwitz and Berkenau.

London 1

Frank and I head for London. Visit some of the Cities best museums, Piccadilly Circus, Nelsons Column, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye and finally get to Photograph the MI6 Building.

London 2

We walk around the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and 10 Downing Street, Covent Garden, and the Albert Hall. Drink in a traditional London pub, have lunch on the Strand. I see the working Babage difference machine, and the site of the Iranian Embassy Siege break by the SAS.

London 3

The London underground, Bank of England, Theatre District and Fleet Street. St Paul's, Globe theatre and Sherlock Homes house.

Paris

Fantastic weather and dinner on a barge. The Eifle tower, Arc de Triomphe the louvre and Mona Lisa

Prague 1

The only city in the world with more Irish pubs than Prague, is Dublin. I visit Wenceslas square, the Astronomical clock, the Europa Hotel and the Ginger and Fred building.

Prague 2

St Charles Bridge, a traditional Ale house and Prague Castle.

Rome 1

Long weekend in Rome, inspired by the sights mentioned in Angels and Demons. Vatican museum, St Peters, the Swiss guards and the famous staircase.

Rome 2

The Pantheon, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, neptune fountain and the Coliseum. Excellent Italian food in the evening and an afternoon drinking in Castle Sant'angelo.
