Our first dog Sheba.
Although she was bought for me, she was always very much mums dog, and was fiercely loyal to her.
I remember the hilarious occasion, when one of mums bosses walked into our house, without knocking, and the dog bit him.
I shat myself laughing !
After Sheba passed away, mum said she would never have another dog, as it broke her up when they inevitably died.
My friend Cazzy, convinced her to take on a dog called Sam, since he was a Samoid (the dog I mean, not Cazzy).
He was easily the happiest dog that I have ever seen, and used to bound around, and was always pleased when people came to the house (including one occasion, when mum was robbed, and the dog did nothing to fend of the robbers, in fact all evidence suggested he made them welcome.)

Up early walking one morning in the Brecon Beacons, I saw these horses in a field, and couldn't resist taking a picture of them.
I had always read about white tigers, but never managed to see one.
I finally ended up seeing one, in the unlikely venue of Las Vegas in America.
It had been bread by the famous Siegfried and Roy of the mirage hotel.
